We will ship your item(s) within 48 hours, after your payment has reached us.
Note that tickets for the Great Church concert will be shipped at latest one week before the concert takes place. After this date it's only possible to pick up your paid ticket(s) at the Great Church.

Shipping costs for tickets to one address
- Within the Netherlands: 2 euros (standard shipping via Post-nl)
- Within Europe: 3 euros (priority shipping via Post-nl)

Delivery
It depends on the postal service when your order is being delivered.
The following delivery times are estimations:
Netherlands: 1-2 working days
Europe: 2-5 working days; Eastern Europe might take upto 10-12 working days.
Rest of the world: 5-10 working days.

Local pickup
If you choose to pick up your ticket(s) for the Great Church concert, we will reserve the ticket(s) for you until the day of the concert.
You can get your ticket(s) at the entrance of the Great Church before the start of the concert, on May 19th, 2012.
However, we should have received your payment in advance.
